Wynter Jones

Wynter Jones graduated from the University of Utah in 2004 with a BFA in painting. Soon after, her work

shifted into a period of exploring the properties of oil paint, mineral spirits and linseed oil. She became

infatuated with creating textured, repetitive marks, saturated in layers of glaze. In the last year she has

found a reborn interest in the human form, trying to impose and integrate it's commanding presence with

moving plastic surface.
