Jeff Juhlin
Jeff Juhlin has been a nationally recognized artist for over forty years, and has worked primarily with
encaustic for the past fifteen years. Jeff is a recurring visiting artist at the Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center in
Maui, Hawaii, as well as completing Fellowship Residencies at the Moulin a'Nef in Auvillar, France in
2010, and the Virginia Center for Creative Arts in Amherst, Virginia in 2008.
Jeff has been included in numerous national exhibitions including “Consequential Fusion, Messages in
Wax” at the Morrow Bay Art Center in Morrow Bay, CA in 2011, “225 Encaustic Encounters” at the Turchin
Center for the Arts in Boone, NC in 2009, and “Working with Wax” at the Bedford Art Center in Walnut
Creek, CA in 2009. Jeff's work has been featured in several publications including the books “Encaustic
with a Textile Sensibility” by Daniella Woolf, and “Embracing Encaustic” by Linda Womack. Jeff currently
lives and works in Salt Lake City and Torrey, Utah.
