Bepe Kafka

Bepe Kafka was born in Newport News, Virginia and has painted from childhood. She got her BFA from Old

Dominion University and her Master of Fine Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. "My work is frankly

pictorial - clouds, mountains, vistas. Its all about the spirit of a place, and I try to open myself to find the

expressive mark , the light and the color that belong to a moment.
